The bill (Reg. No. 7446), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, liquidates state regulation of labour remuneration funds of enterprises-monopolists, excluding the respective provision from part 1 of clause 8 of the Law "On Remuneration of Labour."
The committee members believe that adoption of the bill will harmonize state regulation of labour remuneration funds of enterprises-monopolists with the international standards, without alleviating the governmental control over the prices of produce of enterprises-monopolists.
